Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update lists of active certifications
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with clients
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystem
  • Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
