Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive our B2C sales efforts in the rapidly growing Edtech sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, identifying market opportunities and establishing sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and direct sales, while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to expand the customer base.
  3. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously optimize the B2C sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience.
  4. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting premium products and services, and maximizing customer lifetime value, monitoring sales performance and taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in B2C sales leadership roles within the Edtech industry or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems
  • Passion for education and a deep understanding of the Edtech landscape
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
