Edtech Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive our B2C sales efforts in the rapidly growing Edtech sector.

Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, identifying market opportunities and establishing sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and direct sales, while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously optimize the B2C sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting premium products and services, and maximizing customer lifetime value, monitoring sales performance and taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in B2C sales leadership roles within the Edtech industry or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of the Edtech landscape
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
