International Sales Executive

As a skilled International Sales Executive at Tech Mahindra, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across key markets such as the US, UK, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and pursue sales opportunities for ERP, software, and application solutions.
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs.
- Present product demonstrations, provide tailored solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in CRM systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales or business development, specifically in ERP, software, or application sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into customized solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and handle multiple time zones.
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹6.5-7 lakhs per annum, plus performance incentives.
- A 5-day workweek with Saturday and Sunday off, providing a healthy work-life balance.
