About the Role
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Business Development Associate located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving sales growth. They will play a crucial role in propelling IRIM's business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
- Client Engagement: Establish connections with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to present our services.
- Sales Process: Understand customer profiles, provide product information, and follow up to close sales.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience preferably in Inside Sales or Business Development roles.
- Bachelor's degree in core engineering disciplines preferred.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and spoken language skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹8-10 LPA based on the candidate's profile
