Key aspects of the role include providing technical support to clients through various communication channels, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software, and meeting performance targets for quality metrics.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on international voice processes (blended) for technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Technical Specialization (BCA/B.Tech/B.E.).
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
