
Help Desk Technical Support Role

We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide end-to-end technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Interact with telecom carriers and other departments to resolve service-related issues.
- Adhere to business rules and policies as dictated by the organization.
- Ensure SLAs and KRAs are met on a daily and monthly basis.
The Help Desk Specialist will work closely with international telecom carriers and service providers to resolve requests and incidents raised by customers. They will also be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported problems through various mediums (platform, emails, calls, chats) and ensuring the closure of requests within the specified SLA.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Candidates should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills and an appreciation for process and documentation are essential.
- A team player who thrives in a kind and collaborative environment is required.
- Ability to quickly learn how to troubleshoot devices and step-by-step instructions.
- Identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through various mediums (platform, emails, calls, chats) and responsible for the closure of request with the specified SLA.
- Working closely with international telecom carriers/service providers to resolve the requests and incidents raised by customers.
- Technical Support experience is highly regarded.
