Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced technical support specialist. You will be working closely with customers to resolve their technical queries in a timely and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience of providing customer-facing support, troubleshooting complex issues and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable components. They will also have experience of working with ticketing tools and ITIL methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide customer-facing support via phone, email and chat
  2. Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by Service Level Objective (SLO)
  3. Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to quality standards in 90% of cases
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Typing skill: 60-80 WPM
  • Troubleshooting experience: diagnosing and resolving complex issues with SOP documents
  • Support experience: Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles and analytical skills for breaking down issues
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL

Good to Have:

  • 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage and service desk
  • Hands-on experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet)
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is an advantage
