**Job Title:** Senior Sales Engineer

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Quantiphi. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and explain products, solutions or services to a variety of audiences.
  • Develop sales collaterals (Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches etc.,)
  • Engage & drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for the company in Data Science & Applied AI domain.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (Solution Architects, Engineering team and other sales support teams) towards meeting customer requirements.
  • Apply the right analysis frameworks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Bring thought leadership to conversations with customers, prospects and partners to methodically define business problems, capture requirements, scope the solution and support the closure of the deal.
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), including the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques.
  • Experience of B2B sales, customer communication and relationship management is preferable.
  • Logical ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.
  • Data driven mindset. Your plans and actions are backed by not just gut feeling but also customer/industry/market research.
  • Attention to detail and sharp acumen to propagate your views in an effective manner.
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business, research, data science, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies.
  • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
