Job Purpose

To provide expert support to the Job Analysis & Evaluation and Compensation & Benefits function at the business level, ensuring timely completion and execution of activities to strengthen processes.

Job Context & Major Challenges

As a member of the Aditya Birla Group, a global conglomerate with operations in diverse sectors, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the development of policies and guidelines for Compensation, Job Evaluation, and HRMS for the business.

Key Result Areas

  1. Support the development of job analysis and evaluation processes, including preparation of job descriptions, organization charts, and job evaluation exercises.
  2. Consolidate compensation details, maintain a compensation management information system, and provide support during the annual compensation review exercise.
  3. Administer the online process of performance appraisal, identify areas of concern, and highlight them to the Group HR for quick resolution.
  4. Support in other HR activities, including consolidation and review of HR MIS, preparation of HR budgets, and compilation of data for CHRO review.
  5. Identify the need for HR-related policies, determine policy content, obtain stakeholder support, communicate to employees, and update and revise existing policies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant experience in compensation and benefits will be an added advantage.
