At Aon, we're committed to helping our clients navigate the complex world of executive compensation and governance. As a key member of our Talent Solutions Consulting team, you'll play a vital role in advising and enabling solution delivery on matters of Rewards, Performance, and Talent to Boards and Executive teams.


With a focus on business-aligned executive remuneration strategies, you'll engage with clients on projects related to Senior/Top Management and Board compensation. This will involve structuring and benchmarking of CXO level pay, working with client representatives to define the right comparator group(s), collecting market data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing market data, preparing reports, and presenting to top management and/or the Compensation Committee of the Board.


You'll also be expected to design stock and cash-based long-term incentive programs for the senior management (or even for the broad-based population). This will involve understanding the client's business context and financial plans, evaluating various possible plan alternatives, preparing plans, discussing cost implications with management/board, aligning with regulations, finalizing plan structures, and assisting in implementation.


To succeed in this role, you'll need to develop a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to executive compensation and share-based compensation. This may include relevant sections of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations on Share-Based Payments, and staying up-to-date with any changes.


We're looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong focus on quality. You'll also need to be able to interact and manage expectations of C-suite executives, coordinate and liaise with multiple parties within and across geographies, and have exposure to rewards, consulting, and financial modeling.
