Compensation Specialist

About the Role
At ScaleneWorks, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Rewards COE, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards that track key compensation metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards that track key compensation metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
- Cost Forecasting and Reconciliation: Conduct cost forecasting to project compensation expenses accurately, aligning with budgetary goals. Perform regular reconciliation of compensation-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial reports and budgets.
- Data Management and Operations: Manage and maintain compensation data integrity across systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Streamline data processes to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- SAP SuccessFactors Support: Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on digitization requirements and system enhancements. Assist in the generation and release of compensation letters, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Payroll Inputs: Collaborate with the payroll team to provide accurate and timely inputs related to compensation changes, bonuses, and other incentives. Ensure payroll processes align with compensation policies and regulations.
- Invoicing and Compliance: Assist in managing invoicing processes related to compensation initiatives and ensure timely payment. Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
- Compensation Planning: Collaborate with the Rewards Manager in developing and implementing compensation strategies and plans. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and objectives. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and employee rewards.
Requirements
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Management/HR with 2-5 years of experience in a compensation support role.
- Experience of using SAP Success Factors (EC + Compensation Module).
- Functional knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Stakeholder management & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
