Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class compensation and benefits strategies, performance management systems, and HR policies for PI Industries. This role requires a strong understanding of industry benchmarks and a proven track record of driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with industry benchmarks and company goals.
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive a performance-driven culture.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate and train on HR policies and performance management systems.
- Conduct audits and analysis to ensure compliance with HR policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- MBA in HR from a reputable management institute.
- Between 10-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
- Proven track record of driving business results and improving HR processes.
- Strong understanding of industry benchmarks and compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry
