We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist and Benefits Professional with 4 to 5+ years of experience, holding an MBA or PGDBM qualification.

The ideal candidate will excel in interpreting and implementing HR policies, executing performance appraisals and bonus programs, and developing strategic compensation and rewards schemes.

Proficiency in preparing compensation packages, conducting job evaluations, and performing benefits benchmarking is essential.

Strong analytical skills and experience in managing HR budgets are prerequisites for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation strategies that align with business objectives

• Conducting market research to inform compensation decisions and stay ahead of industry trends

• Preparing HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan

• Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking

• Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement benefit programs that support employee engagement and retention

• Analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements

• Staying up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

• Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
