Job Purpose

To provide expert support to the Job Analysis & Evaluation and Compensation & Benefits function at the business level, ensuring timely completion and execution of activities that strengthen the concerned processes.

Job Context & Major Challenges

As a member of the Aditya Birla Group, a global conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of businesses, this role requires a deep understanding of the company's operations and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.

Key Result Areas

  • Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation, preparing job descriptions and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Administer the compensation and benefits process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of benefits and compensation to employees.
  • Provide support for other HR activities, including HR MIS reporting and budgeting.
