Executive Compensation and Governance

Aon's Executive Compensation and Governance team helps clients navigate the complex world of executive pay and governance.

We provide expert advice on compensation design, governance, and risk management to help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and understand industry archetypes and business models to advise clients on reward and performance strategies.
  • Design business-aligned executive remuneration strategies that meet client needs.
  • Engage with clients on projects related to senior/top management and board compensation, including structuring and benchmarking of CXO level pay.
  • Design stock and cash-based long-term incentive programs for senior management or broad-based populations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to executive compensation and share-based compensation.
Skills and Experience
  • Ability to interact and manage expectations of C-suite executives.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects.
  • Key behaviors: problem-solving ability, teamwork, quality focus.
  • Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies.
  • Exposure to rewards, consulting, financial modeling, and strategic HR projects is an advantage.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CFA, or LLB are an added advantage.
