Job Title: Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Handle calls independently with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field.
  • Good language competency or 1 year of experience in customer service with multi-lingual voice campaigns.
  • Ability to handle calls independently with quick learning skills.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week with shift timings covering 24/7.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
  • Excellent verbal communication skill in Hindi.
  • Excellent verbal communication skill in Kannada.
  • Knowledge of any other Indian regional language is a plus.
