Job Role
We seek a Customer Support Intern who is eager to begin their career in customer service. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of prior customer support experience.
The primary focus will be on handling customer calls in both Hindi and English, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication. Knowledge of a third language will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system
- Assist in resolving basic queries and escalating issues when required
- Ensure clear communication in Hindi and English at all times
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction by delivering quality conversations
Requirements
- 0–6 months of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of a third language will be an added advantage
- Good listening skills, patience, and a positive approach to handling queries
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM tools
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
