Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to work on-site in Hyderabad. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns via various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat)
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ability to problem-solve and multitask is crucial
  • Attention to detail is vital
  • A positive and patient attitude is necessary
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
