Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Specialist
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract skilled artisans, experienced retail professionals, and gem specialists.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify staffing needs during peak retail periods.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline that upholds industry standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Training and Development:
- Design training programs on product knowledge, customer interaction, and brand storytelling.
- Conduct onboarding programs that introduce new employees to company history, vision, and values.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, peer learning, and upskilling.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems that align employee goals with business objectives.
- Ensure objective and transparent performance reviews for recognition and development.
- Support leadership in building high-performing retail teams.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Create a positive work environment that reflects company values and customer-first philosophy.
- Resolve interpersonal issues with empathy and neutrality.
Policy Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, industry mandates, and internal ethical guidelines.
- Revise HR policies to align with evolving workforce expectations and legal standards.
Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits:
- Oversee timely payroll disbursement and statutory contributions.
- Design incentive programs for retail staff during promotional periods.
- Benchmark compensation with industry standards for fairness and competitiveness.
HR Systems, Reporting, and Analytics:
- Manage HR records and reporting through digital systems.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, training impact, and staffing efficiency.
- Present strategic insights for data-driven HR decisions.
Key Attributes and Skills:
- Deep understanding of jewelry retail nuances.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Able to balance traditional values with modern practices.
- Hands-on experience managing staff across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in HRMS, attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
