
Chief Talent Acquisition Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the renewable energy sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling talent acquisition functions within infrastructure, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors, with 12-15 years of experience and an MBA degree. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Partnering with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and align hiring plans with growth targets
- Driving leadership hiring for engineering, operations, and sustainability roles
- Building and managing a high-performing talent acquisition team and mentoring recruiters
The successful candidate will also have experience in managing external partnerships with search firms, staffing vendors, and campus alliances, as well as ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of critical hires into business units.
