
Sales Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled business development professional to join our organization as a Tele-Sales Business Development Executive. This key role involves promoting dermatology products and services over the phone.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, including dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Promote dermatology products and services over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- At least 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with dermatology products or medical sales is beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
