Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Sales Representative, located in Ahmedabad. The Ticket Sales Representative will be responsible for managing ticket sales, which includes processing transactions and handling customer inquiries. This role involves interacting with customers to provide excellent service, supporting sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Regular tasks include assisting customers in selecting suitable tickets, managing payments, and resolving any issues related to ticketing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Amadeus
  • Must have one year of experience and should know Hindi, Punjabi and english.
  • Experience in Ticket Sales
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proven Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and software is beneficial
