Diabetes Business Developer
The role of a Diabetes Business Developer is to drive sales strategies and achieve financial objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans for assigned markets, ensuring brand presence and market growth.
- Plan demand generation and fulfillment, including prescription audits and customer list management.
- Maintain actual sales performance by implementing mid-course corrections to reduce variance against expectations.
- Identify potential markets and appoint distributors and customers that align with the company's philosophy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting products ethically to customers as per the business plan.
- Organize conferences (CMEs) to promote products in clinics and pharmacies.
- Execute customer management plans to ensure all customers are covered and meet minimum KPIs, including 100% coverage of doctors and market intelligence collection.
This position requires strong leadership skills, ability to manage distributor networks, and experience in handling Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and managing institutions.
