Job Title: Institutional Business Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business professional to drive sales and growth in government and semi-government institutions.
- To achieve this goal, you will develop strategies to aggressively enter new markets and increase sales numbers.
- You will also be responsible for registering our products in institutions, including central and state governments, public sector undertakings, and railways.
- Your tasks will include updating formularies for major institutions in the assigned region and promoting our products.
- You will participate in tenders to generate revenue and identify potential institutional distributors.
- You will support the registration process for newer molecules in niche therapeutic segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will build sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
- You will collaborate with trade sales teams to drive demand and recommendations for our products.
- You will work closely with distributors and collaborators to enhance product purchase and indents.
- You will monitor sales liquidation and demand generation in public market accounts.
- You will ensure timely payment for supplies made to institutions and adhere to documentation requirements.
- You will gather market intelligence and share it with corporate business unit heads for mutual business goals.
