
Drive Business Growth as a Sales Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth by preparing strategic plans for a set of customers in the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify potential business opportunities through rigorous lead generation efforts and qualify them based on their viability and alignment with the company's goals
- Plan and ensure regular visits to customers in the territory to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate product capabilities to potential clients using presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials to showcase the value proposition of our offerings
- Uncover customer pain areas and real needs with respect to the application and propose effective solutions to address these challenges
- Participate in client meetings to explore possibilities of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and provide recommendations to drive revenue growth
- Oversee multiple key customer accounts and ensure adherence to laid down rules of engagement to maintain strong relationships and drive repeat business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual volume and value targets through effective sales planning and execution
- Ensure timely payment of outstanding bills and manage cash flow effectively
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the customer decision-making unit and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Provide new product insights based on market intelligence for the region and gather market feedback and consumer insights to inform product development
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS-office, PPT, and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
