Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead our expansion efforts in assigned zones.
The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end business growth, leveraging their expertise in eCommerce, B2B Sales, Export, or Franchise Development.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage market insights to identify strategic tie-ups with MSMEs, manufacturers, export houses, and global buyers.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue & brand positioning across multiple channels.
- Build, lead, and manage dynamic teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, B2B Sales, Export, or Franchise Development.
- Proven track record in scaling business zones and driving revenue & market penetration.
- Strong network with MSMEs, manufacturers, and exporters.
- Ability to travel frequently across India, GCC & Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

You will represent us at business expos, investor meets, and international trade delegations.
