Job Description:

  • Diligently identify and qualify sales leads through cold calls, outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Build strong first-contact relationships with contractors and SMB decision-makers.
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition and effectively engage with prospects.
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Support account executives in achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Be the trusted first conversation that helps small business owners see how we can eliminate operational chaos and drive predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outreach activities across calls, emails, and other channels to engage with targeted SMBs and qualify accounts monthly.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up with qualified leads.
  • Schedule product demos with senior sales executives.
  • Track and manage leads through our CRM system.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation proactively builds the sales pipeline by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs: qualified meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an SDR, inside sales, or related role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in cold calling, outreach, and discovery conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling SaaS, CRM, or workflow automation products.
  • Knowledge of tools like Excel, CRM, and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable with tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Adaptable to AI-driven systems and eager to learn new technology.
  • Comfort with working shifts.
  • Coachable with ambition to grow into a Business Development Manager.
