About this role: We are looking for a skilled Marketing Growth Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide regular performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and
- Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in marketing growth, with a strong track record of driving ROI growth and campaign optimization. They must be comfortable working with multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and .
