Job Description

About the Role

Were hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who can take charge of campaign execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing. If you&aposre hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with performance this role is for you.

Youll work closely with our creative, content, and strategy teams to help our clients grow through ROI-focused digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Meta + Google Ads)

- Run and optimise Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Create and manage Meta Ads across lead gen, traffic, and engagement objectives
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation
- Monitor performance: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA

Social Media Management

- Schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Coordinate with the design/video team
- Write captions, research hashtags, respond to comments and DMs

SEO & Content Execution

- Implement basic on-page and off-page SEO
- Support keyword planning and performance tracking
- Collaborate with writers for blog and meta content

Email & WhatsApp Campaigns

- Set up newsletters and automation flows (Mailchimp, Brevo, Zoho)
- Analyse open/click rates and optimise segmentation

Landing Page & Website Coordination

- Coordinate updates and testing
- Ensure analytics and conversion tracking is functional (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)

Performance Reporting

- Share weekly/monthly reports with insights
- Maintain campaign logs in shared folders or CRM

Must-Have Skills

- Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager (hands-on experience)
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
- SEO tools: Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Scheduling tools: Buffer, Zoho Social, or Meta Business Suite
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Basic CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Privyr)

Education & Certification

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications are a bonus
