Bonding Product Sales Specialist Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in assigned Key Accounts with a focus on increased penetration and business share
- Spearhead spec-in of large opportunities and ensure faster Closed Won
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams in driving application replication and competitive conversion
- Lead sales Blitz execution and coordinate with marketer and AE for activities execution
- Identify ecosystem partners and lead relationship development
- Provide training to Division sales reps and GIC teams
- Replicate global success stories, new applications, and NPI
- Lead NPI projects and customer interface for cross-functional teams involved in product development
Success Metrics:
- Business plan for assigned business segments and accounts
- Growth in new product sales
- Growth of new large sustainable business
