About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead - Revenue Growth to spearhead our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth while ensuring the success of our sales team. Your role will involve reviewing performance metrics, taking corrective action where needed, and monitoring the work of the sales team using daily reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Review performance metrics and take corrective action where needed to ensure sales team goals are met.
- Monitor the work of the sales team using daily reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document and priority.
- Lead a team of 15-20 people and ensure branch performance meets or exceeds targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales and 2+ years of experience in DLP (UG/PG Programmers).
- At least 1 year of experience in team handling.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes bi-yearly salary enhancements and promotions directly correlated to outstanding performance.
