- Customer Relationship Management:">
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.">
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding product applications and benefits.">
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.">
- Technical Expertise & Support:">
- Understand and promote the company's range of chemical products.">
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.">
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop customized solutions.">
- Sales Operations & Reporting:">
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.">
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.">
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.">
