  • Customer Relationship Management:">
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.">
    • Provide technical consultation to clients regarding product applications and benefits.">
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.">
  • Technical Expertise & Support:">
    • Understand and promote the company's range of chemical products.">
    • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.">
    • Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop customized solutions.">
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:">
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.">
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.">
    • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.">
