Key Responsibilities:\Helpers To identify opportunities to delight 3P partners with world-class enterprise solutions and develop strategic partnerships that enable businesses in Amazon Devices scale faster, save costs, and improve efficiency.
">\Helpers work closely with stakeholder teams – customer experience, platforms, tech, products, marketing, business development, solution architects - to deliver excellent support services that raise the quality bar of integrations with Amazon Devices.">\Helpers partner with engineering teams to build technical solutions, systems, and tools to improve certification, publishing, and monitoring experiences for 3P integrations, like Alexa skills and devices.">\Helpers establish processes and mechanisms for continuous improvement and operational efficiency for existing collaborations for Partner Support & Services.">\Helpers collaborate with Lines of Businesses within Amazon Devices to develop strategies that drive impact at scale and deliver delightful partner experiences.">\Helpers implement solutions for businesses across various primitives offered by Partner Support & Services and drive cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.">\Helpers build the brand of Partner Support & Services with businesses in Amazon Devices.">\ helpers job summary:

">">My salary range expectations for this position are approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable roles in the San Francisco Bay Area or other major US cities. This figure may vary depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.">\ helpers required skills and qualifications: ">">\ Helpers degree from a recognized university in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) would be beneficial for this position.">\ HelpersAt least 5 years of working directly with engineering teams experience, with 2+ years of technical product or program management experience, and 2+ years of software development experience.">\ HelpersIn addition, you should possess strong project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience.">\ helpers preferred qualifications: ">">\ HelpersWith 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience, you should also have experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.">\ HelpersIn addition, experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps would be beneficial for this position.">\ helpers benefits:">
