Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Housr, India's premier luxury co-living brand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through tailored solutions for corporate clients in need of serviced apartments.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the serviced apartments, hotel, or corporate accommodation industry. A solid understanding of the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Actively generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to build a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth of corporate accounts.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as HRs, Admins, and other corporate personnel to promote Housr's offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Present tailored solutions to corporate clients, demonstrating how Housr's serviced apartments can meet their accommodation needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the serviced apartments, hotel, or corporate accommodation industry.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Proactive & Target-Driven: Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation, relationship-building, and closing sales.
