Executive Director of Sales

Job Description:
Sr. Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue targets for designated regions and teams.
This role reports to the VP Sales & Presales, focusing on corporate sales experience and channel/reseller management expertise.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading sales teams, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, expand customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
