The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Corporate B2B Sales to join our team at Zyla Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and business development. Your primary objective will be to acquire new corporate clients and manage existing relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients in the healthcare industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the corporate healthcare sector.
- Align sales efforts with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals.

Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Lead efforts to generate new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Zyla Health's healthcare solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key corporate clients.

Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and incorporate them into the sales strategy.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales activities with business goals.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members, providing guidance on best practices and strategies for success.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the healthcare industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate accounts.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly corporate healthcare solutions (insurance, wellness programs, healthcare products, etc.).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
