We are on a mission to make the world greener, one plant at a time, and we're looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager - Corporate Sales to help us grow our corporate sales.

Job Description:

  • Sales Growth: Identify and approach potential B2B clients in various industries to promote and sell Nurturing Green's products, focusing on building a pipeline of corporate clients and meeting sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships that meet client needs and align with their space and aesthetic requirements.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels, and follow up on business opportunities to ensure timely closure.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Head, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new opportunities for expanding Nurturing Green's footprint in the corporate segment, informing sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head and other teams (marketing, supply chain) to optimize the client acquisition process and product offerings, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation from a reputable institute is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries related to lifestyle products, Home Decor, gardening, interiors, or corporate gifting.
  • Location: The ideal candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients, and a go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to its mission of making the world a greener place.
