Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive operating plan for the Modern Trade Division. This includes designing and implementing strategies to drive growth across South India, focusing on both core and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the delivery of the annual operating plan for the Modern Trade Division
  • Own and lead the modern trade growth agenda for the company across South India
  • Deliver the plan for all milestones - monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Scan the market and be agile to capture opportunities across categories, banners, and market places
  • Analyze internal performance metrics and external market trends to identify and execute scalable growth opportunities
