Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth in the Modern Trade and Omni Trade channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key Modern Trade and Omni Trade accounts to ensure mutual success.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and strategic partnerships with key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure timely collections, forecasting, and stock management across partner outlets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in FMCG/Retail or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing Modern Trade and/or Omni Trade channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
