We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current trade marketing trends and be able to develop and execute effective promotional strategies.

Job Description

The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing the Annual Customer Marketing Plan, ensuring local standards for brand availability and execution across markets. They will work collaboratively with marketing, supply chain, and channel sales teams to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase retail visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial hygiene is maintained.
  • Execute events, trade fairs, and local conferences to promote the brand.
  • Keep accurate records of PR, PO, GRN, Invoice Processing, and payment.
  • Monitor Return on Investment for executed activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA degree with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to execute on mass scale.
  • Knowledge of current trade marketing trends and promotional mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated experience in branding and communication activities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
