Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Growth Manager to join our team at Vinculum Group. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and market share by overseeing Inside Sales and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on data-driven decision-making, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth in our target markets.
  • Lead the Inside Sales team in achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Manage lead generation activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Inside Sales and Marketing team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Salary and Benefits
