We are seeking an exceptional Growth Manager to join our team at Vinculum Group. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and market share by overseeing Inside Sales and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on data-driven decision-making, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth in our target markets.
- Lead the Inside Sales team in achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Manage lead generation activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Inside Sales and Marketing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
