  • Analyze client feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Work closely with management to enhance overall client engagement and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.
