Customer Relationship Management Specialist

This role involves leading CRM strategy across multiple clients, enhancing client relationships, driving customer engagement, and boosting business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging data analytics to refine strategies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective customer communications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM principles, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in CRM management and proficiency with CRM software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by addressing bespoke requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic CRM guidance.
  • CRM Campaigns: Plan, develop, and implement targeted CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Coordination: Work closely with clients to ensure CRM campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Segmentation: Segment customer lists to deliver personalised and relevant campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Optimization: Employ a test-and-learn approach to continually optimise campaigns using A/B testing, analytics, and feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • CRM Experience: Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • CRT Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and tools such as Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and sales skills, proficient in project management, and ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience: Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
