Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Project Management: Coordinate project execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations.
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Google Slides for drafting documents and building decks.
