We are seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented professional to serve as a Client Growth Specialist. The role involves developing strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective communication and engagement strategies.
About the Role
The key responsibilities of a Client Growth Specialist include:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Explaining company services and products clearly to customers and prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for future follow-up.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Converting leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Providing excellent support to clients after their initial purchase to enhance retention.
- Compiling daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements
To be successful as a Client Growth Specialist, you should have:
- A degree in Marketing or Finance, or equivalent experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated attitude with ability to work towards targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
