Job Title: Grassroots Growth Specialist

Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to build and grow grassroots networks, leveraging personal and professional connections to expand our user base and community across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage referral-driven marketing channels, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by engaging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Create reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Represent the company at local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility
  • Educate potential users and partners on our product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates
