Job Description

A Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.

This role involves leading the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms. The specialist must analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior marketers, managing external agencies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role, is required.

Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels is essential. Strong analytical skills, experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms, are also necessary.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership, are required. Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI is highly valued.
