IT Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts in the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and positioning our company's IT services and digital solutions effectively.

About the Role:

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market clients by leveraging industry networks and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful service execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction rates.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth within the IT industry.
  • Strong network of decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in the IT sector.
