We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a performance specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and gather non-functional requirements, derive statistics based on discussions with business leaders and architects, and create scenarios for performance testing. You will also be responsible for conducting performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, and providing detailed documentation to stakeholders.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. If you have experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab, that would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements.
  • Derive NFR-based stats on the basis of discussion with Business & Architects.
  • Create scenario for basic types (Peak , Soak , Stress) & advance types (spike , scalability etc.) of performance tests.
  • Conduct performance testing using JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , and monitoring tools like Appd /Graphana
  • Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders with details of test carried out & their results.
  • Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with performance testing concepts/standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good written and oral communication skills.
