Role Description :

This is a full-time job role for a Consultant or Senior Consultant - Outreach and Admissions. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies, managing admissions processes, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

We are seeking a highly connected and results-oriented professional with strong networks in the education ecosystem, particularly among local school recruitment agencies, counsellors, and admission agents. This senior role requires expertise in driving student enrolments, building strategic partnerships, and leading outreach initiatives across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, evaluating admissions data and trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Day-to-day tasks include planning outreach activities, conducting client interviews, and ensuring compliance with admissions protocols.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, an established network, and proven success in B2B education services, school admissions, or student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Outreach & Partnerships

• Lead outreach initiatives across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh
• Build strong networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors.
• Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments

Enrolment Growth & Agent Management

• Drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts
• Onboard & manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners
• Ensure retention & engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups

Representation & Networking

• Represent Digital Performance Agency at education events, seminars & regional meetings
• Serve as the face of Digital Performance Agency in the assigned states, ensuring credibility & visibility

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Track & monitor outreach performance using KPIs
• Share data-backed insights with leadership to improve enrolment strategies

Qualifications :

• 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment.
• A well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat or Madhya Pradesh
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
• Strong project management and organisational skills

Performance Metrics ( KPIs) :

• Number of new agent partnerships and school networks established monthly.
• Student enrolment numbers achieved through direct and indirect outreach.
• Conversion rate of outreach efforts into actual admissions.
• Retention and satisfaction of partners/agents onboarded.
• Contribution to regional expansion in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh

Work Mode : Remote

Remuneration :

• INR 35,000 per Month (Min. commitment to get 3 admissions of same or different colleges / university)
• Attractive performance - incentives based on enrolment targets.
